Chris Neuteboom
58 years old | Rijswijk, Netherlands | Independent IT consultant
Background
I grew up in the north of the Netherlands and have been living in Rijswijk for over 25 years. From 1986 to 1992 I studied Electrical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, graduating on the application of Neural Networks in control engineering — an early form of Artificial Intelligence. Today I follow the rise of AI with great interest.
I am married and father of 2 daughters, both studying in technical fields.
Career
Since 1994 I have been working in IT. Over the years I have witnessed the telecom revolution, the rise of the internet, and the growth of e-commerce — from within organisations ranging from start-ups to large international companies. Earlier in my career I gained extensive experience in Low Code development and platform management within a major logistics organisation.
Since 2023 I work as an independent IT consultant, focusing on business and information analysis. I am active in the food industry, manufacturing, and the logistics sector.
UC Group
I am a partner at UC Group, a consultancy and interim company focused on the logistics, production and supply chain industry. Through UC Group I combine my independent practice with a broader network of specialists and assignments.
Ceduna IT
The name Ceduna is a composition of my initials C.D.N. Originally it is the name of a remote coastal town in South Australia. The logo — sea and dunes along the Dutch coast — represents broad perspective and overview: core values in my work.
