My vision on IT and projects
In over 30 years of IT experience, I have discovered one constant: successful projects are not just about technology. They are about people, direction, and collaboration. Four principles guide my work.
Focus on results
Delivering results creates momentum — and provides direction. In every phase of a project, I aim for concrete, tangible outcomes, even when they are small. Result-driven and Agile working are not just methods for me; they are a mindset.
Content and approach
‘How’, ‘what’ and ‘why’ are three inseparable questions. Approach cannot be separated from content — and vice versa. By truly understanding the content, I can choose the right approach. And a well-considered approach helps define the content more sharply.
Custom implementation
IT must work — 100%. A solution that does not fully deliver on its promise has little value. I believe in careful implementation, properly tested and tailored to the real need. Standard solutions can be an excellent starting point, as long as they fit the context.
Connecting and collaborating
Good IT is built through collaboration: between business and IT, between teams, and between people with different backgrounds. As a connector and coach, I help teams work together effectively, share knowledge, and achieve better results together.
