Ceduna IT is the freelance company of Chris Neuteboom. After graduating from the Technical University in Delft (Electrical Engineering) I have been working in IT for more than 25 years.

By connecting people, teams and technology, I’d like to contribute to making organizations and projects more agile. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and experiences I have gained so far. A creative approach, a pragmatic attitude and team central and result oriented working characterize me. With a combination of insight and overview I am happy to help you convert opportunities into results.

As an experienced team manager, business consultant and accredited coach, I have know-how in a broad range of IT subjects. My focus lies on achieving results in order to maximize IT value to business demand. I have been working for and together with various companies, ranging from start-ups to multinationals. My current focus is on the development of Order Management Systems based on Low-Code Mendix Technology according to Agile Scrum principles.

Specialisation in Low Code

Since 2017 I have been working as a Platform Owner, responsible for the development of logistic information systems, based on the Low Code Mendix platform. The mission critical order management systems play a vital rol in the logistic supply chain of PostNL.

As a Platform Owner I facilitate the DevOps team and keep in close contact with external suppliers and other teams. I also have the role of Product Owner for the order management systems, composing a roadmap for further development, productizing the system and setting priorities for the work to be carried out. The process of translating business requirements into IT requirements, thinking of creative solutions, laying down a result focussed approach and achieving concrete results really motivate me.

I have broad experience in positioning Low Code technology within the organisation. I do this by demonstrating the benefits of custom build low code, taking measures for potential pitfalls, intensively monitoring the architecture to be maintained and encouraging the co-operation and knowledge sharing between development teams.
